Does QSP integrate with any payroll systems?
QSP has a variety of exportable payroll reports that customers can use to transfer their payroll data to their payroll processor. QSP is not a payroll service.
How long does it take to get started with QSP?
What type of support and training do we receive?
On sign up, there are 2 types of support options you can choose from: Standard or VIP.
With Standard Support you receive:
- Email support with standard response times (within 3 business days for non-urgent needs), access to leave voicemails and receive a detailed response via email.
- No phone support.
- Unlimited access to online training guides and how-to videos (continually updated).
- Access to recorded QSP webinars.
With VIP support you receive:
- All features of Standard
- Phone/email support with priority response times (usually within 1 business day).
- Dedicated customer support representative with access to unique support phone number.
- Text message support (replies occur during normal business hours).
- Unlimited phone/virtual training/support sessions.
- Access to monthly group training sessions (conducted by Training Pro on how to use varying features in QSP).
